Mail Order

To organize a mail order repair please follow the steps below:

1. Pack your machine up so it is well protected from any further damage. We recommend a good size box for bigger consoles with packing material such as bubble wrap or newspaper etc. For smaller/hand held consoles or iphone/blackberrys etc. a padded envelope or small packaged box can be used. Please do not include any accessories such as joypads or the power supply as we cannot guarantee that they will be returned.

2. Include a completed repair form or covering letter with a brief description of the fault, plus your return details including a telephone number and email address.

3. To post your machine to us you can send it straight from your local post office, or to arrange a free uk courier collection please complete a collection request form.

4. Once your console arrives with us it will be booked into our system which will generate your unique job number and send you automated updates on your repair progress. YOU MUST INCLUDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS on your repair form or you will not receive any job updates.

5. Once the repair has been completed we will email you to arrange payment. We accept payments by credit/debit card and Paypal.

6. Once payment is received your repaired item will be returned by our courier. Please note that there is an extra £5 charge for the return postage.
